Problem: internal teams had to manually update a large client address database using heterogeneous Excel files, with no dedicated tool.
Response: design of a structured, guided, and reliable data mapping and import tool, delivered in the context of a competitive tender.

Client, contract, agency and group selection before import. A contextual filter that customizes the entire following flow.
Drag-and-drop zone with explicit accepted formats (.xls, .csv). Friction reduction at the entry point.
System feedback during processing. The user is informed without being blocked.
Visual association between the client file and the ORION database, with a real-time example column to reduce mapping errors.
Inline highlighting of problematic cells with direct row editing — without leaving the flow or losing context.
Overview of operations performed (contacts updated, created, removed) before final validation to ORION.
System confirmation with list of ongoing imports, allowing a new cycle to be launched without waiting for the previous one to complete.
Color palette (red/blue), Outfit and Roboto typography, documented components: buttons, tables, dropdowns, stepper.
